Olimpia Milano: Olympiacos fans under Alex Peters’ house: "Stay with us"

According to several rumors, Alex Peters could, next season, play with the Olimpia Milano jersey. The conditional is a must because, as of today, there is nothing official yet. There are rumors of a verbal agreement between the parties, nothing more.

Alex Peters, a 206-cm big wing, has just won the Euroleague, the second of his career after the one he won with CSKA Moscow (2018/19), with the Olympiacos jersey, a club in which he has been playing for four seasons. Many think his adventure in Athens, red and white side, is over.

Not the fans. According to Sport24, a large group of Olympiacos supporters reportedly showed up under Alex Peters’ home to ask him to stay at Olympiacos. The American, naturalized Bosnian, appears to have been very impressed by the fans’ gesture of love.

The next few days will be decisive. Alex Peters, class of 1995, has to decide whether to pack his bags and start a new adventure (probably at Olimpia Milano) or try to come to an agreement with the Greek club and stay where he is still much loved.
