Market, Roma knocks on Torino’s door

Roma continues to move decisively in the market to deliver Gian Piero Gasperini a deep and competitive squad ahead of the return to the Champions League. Among the profiles being monitored by the Giallorossi club is Nikola Vlasic, a Torino trequartista who could become one of the hot names of the summer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma has included the Croatian in the list of possible reinforcements for the trequart. Vlasic is linked to the Granata until 2027, but at the moment he would not seem willing to discuss a renewal. A situation that opens concrete scenarios: Torino, in order to avoid the risk of losing him at parameter zero in a year’s time, could consider an immediate transfer.
As far as the figures of the operation are concerned, the Giallorossi would be ready to present a total offer of 15 million euros, a figure considered congruous for a player who this season, despite the difficulties shown by the granata on more than one occasion, has scored 9 goals and 5 assists in 41 appearances between the league and Coppa Italia.
Vlasic, currently engaged with the Croatian national team at the 2026 World Cup, would represent a functional graft for Gasperini’s system: ductility, intensity, ability to attack spaces and a good contribution in the goal area. Characteristics that make him a profile consistent with the new identity that Roma is building.
