Ruben Amorin still hopes to have him on the team for the entire season, but for now, they continue, without pause, transfer rumors surrounding Rafael Leao continue unabated.

Before his less-than-stellar World Cup campaign with Portugal, the Portuguese player had made it known that he wanted to change teams, but in the end, no significant offers came in from top-tier clubs. In particular, no one from the wealthy Premier League—Rafael Leao’s “preferred” league—has made contact.

Be that as it may, offers have come in, albeit from Turkey. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe have stepped up their efforts to secure the services of the talented Portuguese player, born in 1999. Galatasaray can offer the chance to play in the Champions League, while Fenerbahçe can offer a substantial salary.

Milan, however, wants to get the best possible return and is therefore waiting for the right offer. The best option? A full transfer right away, but a loan with an obligation to buy could also work for the Rossoneri. A loan with an option to buy is definitely out of the question. Furthermore, it remains to be seen whether Rafael Leao is truly on board with the idea of leaving Milan to play in Turkey.
