There’s a line of suitors for Armoni Brooks: the future of the former Olimpia Milano player is a mystery

It’s been a real soap opera. Just a few weeks ago, Armoni Brooks said goodbye to Olimpia Milano and signed a lucrative two-year contract with ASVEL Villeurbanne. Then, all of a sudden, the French club faced a financial crisis, and he found himself looking for a new team.
With the romantic possibility of a return to Olimpia Milano (Garrison Mathews, his natural replacement, is on his way) ruled out, the MVP of the most recent LBA regular season and the 2026 LBA Finals is on the radar of many top European clubs.
Real Madrid appears to be in the lead, as they could use a sharpshooter like Armoni Brooks. However, Real Madrid isn’t the only club in the running.
There’s also talk of strong interest from Valencia. Maccabi Tel Aviv is reportedly considering him as well. Partizan Belgrade—the team where former Virtus Bologna player Alessandro Pajola plays—shouldn’t be ruled out either. Armoni Brooks’ final decision is expected in the coming days.
