BC Roma SPQR: Auditions for the coaching position have begun; many names are in the running

BC Roma SPQR is really starting to take shape. While several roster moves have already been successfully completed, the coaching situation still needs to be resolved. At the moment, there are many names in the running.

The Nelson-Doncic duo had hoped to entrust the team to Casey, but the negotiations fell through. There were then other inquiries regarding highly experienced coaches such as Banchi or Scariolo, but none of them are currently available.

It’s therefore necessary to turn to other candidates. According to La Prealpina, Magro is a name to watch. After ending his tenure as head coach of Basket Napoli earlier than expected, he could be the perfect fit for the newly formed and ambitious BC Roma SPQR.

There is also talk of strong interest in Fois, fresh off winning an NBA championship with the New York Knicks as Brown’s assistant coach. In this case as well, negotiations are far from simple, considering that Fois wants to continue his career in the NBA.
