Davide Frattesi and Inter: A New Chapter. Inter continues to keep a close eye on the Premier League, not only for potential signings but also for possible transfers that could help trim the roster and generate new funds to reinvest in the transfer market. In this regard, a potential link with Newcastle has reportedly emerged in recent hours. The Magpies are said to have shown interest in Stankovic but were presented with the Roman player’s name as an alternative.

The Serbian, in fact, would like to stay in Milan, and Inter also considers him a key player for the future. The situation is quite different for Frattesi, for whom the Nerazzurri are reportedly ready to consider a permanent transfer. The former Sassuolo player was reportedly proposed to Newcastle through intermediaries after the interest shown by Nottingham Forest in June failed to lead to any concrete developments.

With the transfer window closing in, the situation could now evolve. The Juventus option does not seem to be gaining traction, while Frattesi himself is reportedly eager to change teams to avoid another season with limited playing time. Newcastle could therefore emerge as the right solution to break the current deadlock.

Currently, Inter’s midfield is fully staffed in terms of numbers, but Frattesi’s departure would free up the spot needed for Jones. Following Akinsanmiro, Asllani and Massolin are also among the possible departures. The Liverpool player, who was left out of the Reds’ most recent friendly, has reportedly already expressed his interest in a move to Inter. This interest was also evident on social media, where he “liked” the announcement of his compatriot Stones’ arrival at Inter.
