German champion Bayern Munich kicks off its Champions League campaign at 9 p.m. against the Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt. This marks the first-ever meeting between the two teams; Kompany’s squad is coming off a league draw with Schalke 04 following its opening Bundesliga victory over Stuttgart. The visitors, hoping to repeat the incredible run that took them to the round of 16 last season, are currently leading the Norwegian league and have won their last eight consecutive matches.

Kane is Bayern’s center forward, with Olise, Saibari, and Luis Díaz behind him. Gnabry is still recovering from an injury, and Musiala is also questionable. Kimmich and Pavlovic are lined up in midfield, with Laimer and Davies occupying the left flank.

Bodo/Glimt responds with the attacking trio of Blomberg, Helmersen, and Hauge. In midfield are Berg, Fet, and Auklend, with Sjovold and Bjorkan on the wings.
