The Allwyn Arena is set to host the match between AEK Athens and Real Madrid, scheduled for Wednesday evening at 6:45 p.m., on Matchday 4 of the Champions League group stage. The Blancos arrive in Greece on the back of three wins in their first three matches and are looking to build on their strong start. AEK, on the other hand, has earned three points so far, picked up in their opener against LASK, before suffering defeats against Shakhtar Donetsk and Manchester City.

Marko Nikolic is expected to stick with a 4-3-3 formation, with Varga leading the attack and Koita and Vitális rounding out the front three. Majer and Marin are expected to start in midfield, while a familiar face from Serie A, Brignoli, should start in goal. As for absences, Thomas Strakosha will not be available, while João Mário and Rota remain doubtful.

José Mourinho is expected to respond with a 4-2-3-1 formation, relying on Mbappé as the focal point of the attack and the quality of Vinicius Junior, Bellingham, and Güler behind him. Camavinga and Bernardo Silva are expected in midfield, while in defense, Rüdiger should lead the backline alongside Huijsen.
