Ahead of the World Cup to be held in Canada, Mexico and the United States, many national teams are preparing with friendly matches, and Monday night will be the turn of Germany and Ghana. Julian Nagelsmann’s side is fresh from a pyrotechnic 4-3 win against Switzerland, while Otto Addo’s boys on the other hand were swept 5-1 by Austria on Friday.

Germany is expected to come to the match with plenty of changes from the match they won against the Swiss. Between the posts will be Alexander Nübel, in front of him Kimmich, Tah, Schlotterbeck and Brown. Leon Goretzka and Angelo Stiller will act in the median to give maximum offensive freedom to the Witrz-Gnabry-Karl trident that will act behind Woltemade.

Otto Addo should come to the challenge against Germany with a 4-4-2 and has decided to entrust the weight of the attack to the Ayew-Königsdörffer tandem (who, moreover, was born in Berlin and played with the German national team until the Under-21 before choosing to represent Ghana). In defense, in front of Ati-Zigi, will be Senaya, Adjetey, Pfeiffer and Mensah. Fatawu and Semenyo will be the masters of the side lanes, in the middle of the field Partey and Sulemana.

Probable lineups
GERMANY (4-2-3-1): Nübel; Kimmich, Tah, Schlotterbeck, Brown; Goretzka, Stiller; Karl, Gnabry, Wirtz; Woltemade. All. Nagelsmann
GHANA (4-4-2): Ati-Zigi; Senaya, Adjetey, Pfeiffer, Mensah; Fatawu, Partey, Sulemana, Semenyo; Ayew, Königsdörffer. All. Oddo
