Pre-World Cup 2026 friendlies: Germany-Ghana, likely lineups

Ahead of the World Cup to be held in Canada, Mexico and the United States, many national teams are preparing with friendly matches, and Monday night will be the turn of Germany and Ghana. Julian Nagelsmann’s side is fresh from a pyrotechnic 4-3 win against Switzerland, while Otto Addo’s boys on the other hand were swept 5-1 by Austria on Friday.

Germany is expected to come to the match with plenty of changes from the match they won against the Swiss. Leon Goretzka and Angelo Stiller will act in the median to give maximum offensive freedom to the Witrz-Gnabry-Karl trident that will act behind Woltemade.
