Elia Caprile out, for Cagliari there are 4 possible replacements

Elia Caprile’s future seems to be far from Cagliari: the extreme defender is liked by Inter, Juventus and Aston Villa. Beppe Marotta has included his name in the list of possible replacements for Yann Sommer (the Swiss is expiring and will not renew), the Old Lady wants to get rid of Michele Di Gregorio and Dibu MartÃnez is not sure he wants to stay in England.
Tommaso Giulini knows very well that it would be difficult to refuse a maxi offer for Elia Caprile and has already asked Guido Angelozzi to get to work to find a new goalkeeper. If Fabio Pisacane’s team were to save itself, the first profile he would pounce on is Wladimiro Falcone but Lecce will be willing to negotiate his transfer only in case of relegation.
Angelozzi also has on his notebook the name of Christos Mandas, a Greek goalkeeper who left Lazio in January to wear the Bournemouth jersey. So far, things in England have not gone well and the star will return to Rome in the summer but he certainly will not stay there.
Attention is also paid to the Dominik Livaković hypothesis, who is looking for a new accommodation after a disappointing experience at Girona and a loan at Dinamo Zagreb. The experienced Croatian goalkeeper has also received offers from Saudi Arabia but would like to stay in a European league to prove his worth. Also on Cagliari’s radar is Diego Mascardi, a very young goalkeeper from Spezia who is performing well this season.
