Luciano Spalletti in an interview with Roma Tv returns to talk about Francesco Totti: “He is the history of Roma, the strongest footballer of the postwar period. I learned a lot from him, his actions have been taken as an example for plays to show the players, I used them with my teams. He has given so much to soccer and to this society and it is right what he is given credit for: I hope he can end his career in the most correct way that his heart tells him. I struggle with my role, I have absolute respect for the man and the career.”
Appeal to President Pallotta: “He should be closer to us, it would be easier to take his cue, he is much more than he seems. He has great enthusiasm, he cares so much, he wants to win and he thinks he is transmitting many things to the team: he is a positive, a nice person.”
