Monza warns Paolo Bianco and Pisa.

Promotion to Serie A should have opened for Monza a planning phase in which the first certainty would have been the permanence of Paolo Bianco on the bench, the coach being linked to the club by a two-year contract. Instead, the situation was quickly reversed: Bianco, the club reported, took a step back, expressing his desire not to continue in Brianza and approaching Pisa at the same time.
At the U-Power Stadium, in a meeting organized to unveil future moves, CEO Mauro Baldissoni used sharp words that left no room for interpretation: “Bianco said he did not feel like continuing with Monza and we invited him to resign. Who has two years on his contract should not be confirmed… We take note. Now the evaluations for the new coach begin.”
A harsh stance that photographs an irremediable distance between the parties. Baldissoni then added a passage that sounds like a direct message to the Tuscan club as well: “We expect Bianco to resign. He and Pisa know the rules.” Monza, therefore, does not intend to be found unprepared. The club has already started its internal reflections to identify the next coach, while it waits for Bianco to formalize his decision.
