2026-2027 Champions League: Larne vs. Red Star, Probable Lineups

Larne and Red Star Belgrade face off at 9 p.m. in Northern Ireland in the second round of qualifying for the next edition of the Champions League. The Northern Irish side defeated Tre Fiori, a team from San Marino, in the first round, while the Belgrade team is making its debut. The Serbs’ goal is to seal their qualification right away in the first leg on the road: Red Star is one of the favorites to advance to the group stage, and Larne doesn’t seem like a formidable opponent.

The home team is expected to field a front three of McKendry, Gibson, and Lusty. In midfield, Gallagher, Doherty, and Bent will control the play, while Cosgrove and Donnelly will play as fullbacks.
