Giorgia Meloni at EICMA; Giovanni Copioli thanks her

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni met with FMI President Giovanni Copioli on Friday at the Italian Motorcycling Federation’s booth at EICMA.
It was a cordial discussion during which the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of motorcycling for the economy, culture, and society of our entire country. President Copioli acknowledged the commitment of Giorgia Meloni and the government to the world of motorcycling. Also present at the meeting were Matteo Zoppas (ICE President), Pietro Meda (EICMA President), Paolo Magri (EICMA CEO), Federico Aliverti (EICMA General Manager), and Mariano Roman (ANCMA President). At the end of the meeting, Copioli presented the Prime Minister with an award from the Federation and a copy of the book “Fenomeni Italiani,” the FMI’s latest publication dedicated to historic scooter models.
“I would like to thank Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni for visiting the Italian Motorcycling Federation,” said Copioli. “During our conversation, I was able to emphasize the importance of motorcycling for the entire country from both a socio-economic and sporting perspective. We have always found openness and willingness on the part of the Prime Minister and the government to address issues important to motorcyclists, and I am certain this will continue in the future. I conclude by thanking the representatives of ICE, EICMA, and ANCMA, as the collaboration between our organizations is yielding excellent results from every perspective.”
