Preseason friendlies: Watford vs. Fiorentina, probable lineups

Watford and Fiorentina will face off at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening in a friendly match dedicated to Edoardo Bove. More than a year and a half after collapsing on the field, the former Fiorentina player will reunite with his former teammates in the friendly match scheduled at Vicarage Road in Watford, England. It’s the second match in England for Grosso’s team, which lost to QPR a few days ago.

Chakvetadze and Kjerrumgaard form the English team’s attacking duo, with Maamma and Ince on the wings. Bove is expected to start on the bench.

Fiorentina will field the attacking trio of Atta, Piccoli, and Gudmunsson. In midfield, Ndor, Oulai, and Brescianini will start. The fullbacks will be Dodo and Jimenez, while Grosso’s two chosen center backs will be Dragusin and Viery.
