Honda responds to Marc Marquez: announcement arrives
Honda will conduct a test in January to focus on how to improve the bike and please Marc Marquez
Honda is responding to continued appeals from Marc Marquez, who expects a change of pace from the Japanese stable to at least partially close the gap that now separates it from Ducati.
As Spanish media report, in January the Japanese company will conduct some tests in Jerez to work on the 2023 bike, resoundingly rejected by the eight-time world champion after the Valencia tests at the end of the season.
The tests in Jerez, which will be carried out by Stefan Bradl, are scheduled for January 25 and 26, will come before the official February tests in Malaysia, and will serve to get ahead of the work and satisfy Marquez and the other Honda riders, who have so far struggled with the new bike.
