Kimi Antonelli is already looking beyond the world title: “I have another dream”

Kimi Antonelli spoke again on the sidelines of Sport in Fiera 2026, an event organized by the San Marino Olympic Committee: “Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamed of making it to Formula 1 and one day becoming a champion, so I’ve always had that dream, and I still do. I believe that when you have a dream, it’s important to pursue it and do everything you can to make it come true. I don’t think there’s an age limit—even as children, right from the start, you can dream. I think you’re already partly aware of my dream today: it’s to become world champion and then go on to become one of the greatest of all time.”
“Now I have to keep doing what I’ve been doing so far, without overdoing it, trying to do my best every weekend, and trying to have fun. Above all, in my job I’m lucky enough to be able to do what I love, and it’s important that I enjoy myself, because in the end, being a Formula 1 driver is what I’ve dreamed of since I was a child. I need to stay focused on the present, on doing the best I can right now. As for pressure, you can look at it two ways: you can see it as a negative or as a positive. I try to see it more as a positive, as a chance to shine under pressure. And I like being under pressure.”
Following Kimi Antonelli’s triumph at Monza and the announcement of the 2027 F1 World Championship calendar—which set the dates for the next Italian Grand Prix from September 3 to 5— ticket presales for the 98th edition of the Italian Grand Prix officially kick off today, bringing the Sprint format back to the Temple of Speed. The presale begins with a phase reserved for American Express Cardholders, who from September 17 through 11:00 a.m. on September 24 will be able to purchase tickets in advance for the 2027 Italian Grand Prix.
During this first phase, it will also be possible to take advantage of the Fidelity promotion, dedicated to American Express® Cardholders who purchased a ticket for the 2026 Italian Grand Prix. They will receive an 8% discount on the list price of the 2027 ticket by using the tax stamp (S.F.) from the ticket purchased for the 2026 edition.
Starting at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, tickets will go on sale to the general public with the launch of the General Sale. The Fidelity promotion will also be available during this phase for anyone who has purchased a ticket for the 2026 Italian Grand Prix. The 8% discount can be used until October 8, 2026, for a period of 14 days from the start of the General Sale.
To take advantage of the Fidelity promotion, select “Fidelity 8%” in the promotions section and enter the 16-character Fiscal Seal (S.F.) code printed on your 2026 GP ticket. Each Tax Seal entitles the holder to a discount on one ticket for the 2027 Italian Grand Prix and can be used only once. The promotion will be valid during both the American Express presale and the General Sale. With the start of the presale, the countdown to the 2027 Italian Grand Prix—scheduled for September 3–5—begins, leading fans toward the 98th edition of one of the most anticipated events on the world championship calendar.
