2026-2027 Serie A: Lecce vs. Genoa—Probable Lineups and Where to Watch It on TV
Genoa is looking to build on its recent positive results and secure its third consecutive league win, while Lecce needs to turn things around after a particularly difficult stretch. The match between the Giallorossi and the Rossoblù, part of Matchday 10 of the 2026-27 Serie A season, is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, at 6:00 p.m. at the Via del Mare Stadium.
Daniele De Rossi’s team heads into the match in high spirits. The Ligurians have won three of their last four league matches, racking up as many wins as they did in the previous 15 matchdays. After defeating Venezia and Juventus, Genoa is aiming for a third straight win—a feat they haven’t achieved since January through February 2021.
Things are decidedly more complicated for Eusebio Di Francesco’s Lecce. The Salento-based team has lost six of its last eight Serie A matches, conceding a total of 19 goals and keeping a clean sheet on only one occasion. Their home form is also a cause for concern: three losses in their first four matches at the Via del Mare.
Di Francesco is expected to field a 4-3-3 formation. Falcone will start in goal, with Danilo Veiga, Tiago Gabriel, Siebert, and Gallo in defense. In midfield, Maleh, Ngom, and Kaba will start, while the attacking trio is expected to consist of N’Dri, Stulic, and Fatah.
De Rossi is expected to respond with a 3-4-2-1 formation. Bijlow will be in goal, with a three-man defense featuring Marcandalli, Ostigard, and Vásquez. Ellertsson and Mitaj are expected to play on the wings, with Frendrup and Wiafe in the center of the field. Baldanzi and El Shaarawy will be the attacking midfielders behind Osmaji.
Probable lineups:
Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone; Danilo Veiga, Tiago Gabriel, Siebert, Gallo; Maleh, Ngom, Kaba; N’Dri, Stulic, Fatah. Head Coach: Di Francesco.
Genoa (3-4-2-1): Bijlow; Marcandalli, Ostigard, Vásquez; Ellertsson, Frendrup, Wiafe, Mitaj; Baldanzi, El Shaarawy; Osmajić. Head Coach: De Rossi.
The match between Lecce and Genoa will be broadcast live on Sunday, November 1, at 6:00 p.m. on both DAZN and Sky. Coverage begins at 5:30 p.m.
