Jorge Lorenzo peremptory over Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi
According to Jorge Lorenzo, Marc Marquez without injury could have won the last three World Championships and surpassed Valentino Rossi
Former MotoGp rider Jorge Lorenzo in an interview with solomoto.es said that without the serious shoulder injury, Marc Marquez would have already reached if not surpassed the nine World Championship titles won by Valentino Rossi.
“For me the best is still Marc Marquez-explained the Mallorcan. Without him everything was much easier. With a Marc on track at 100 percent surely someone would have lost the title. I think a fit Marc could have won all three.”
According to Lorenzo, Marquez still has a chance to fight for the title and get back to what he once was: “The only thing is age, which is being felt, and also injuries. But if his arm supports him, yes, he can do it. A 100 percent Marc can still win world championships.”
