Lucius Redivo feels he has come home
Novipiù JB Monferrato announced that Lucio Guillermo Redivo has signed a two-year contract and after his experience in Serie A at New Basket Brindisi will wear the red and blue jersey again.

Redivo, originally from Bahia Blanca, the basketball capital of Argentina, fell in love with the sport at a very young age and until the age of 16 played for Club Atlético Pacifico. From 2012 to 2017 he played at Weber Estudiantes Bahia Blanca. In his last season (2016/2017) he reaches an average of more than 17 points in the Argentine league. He wins the Albiceleste National Team with which, in a magical two-year period, he and his teammates are the creators of a sporting masterpiece: he brings home the silver medal at the 2017 FIBA AmeriCup, the gold medal at the 2019 Pan American Games, and the second place with the Argentine national team at the last World Cup in China 2019.
In the summer of 2017, he left Argentina to begin his experience in Europe. He plays two seasons with important numbers in the Liga ACB in Spain signing with Bilbao and Lugo. With Bilbao he also plays in the Eurocup finishing with 9.6 points in 17 minutes of average while exceeding 20 points in challenges with Alba Berlin and Partizan Belgrade.
Before the interruption of activity due to Covid he plays one season in the Mexican First Division at Aguacanteros Michoacan. Then in the summer of 2020 the arrival in Casale Monferrato where he became one of the brightest stars of the A2 Series finishing the championship with over 21 points per game, 4 assists and 3.5 rebounds. Embedded in the memory is the buzzer beater in the home derby against Tortona that gave one of the most exciting moments in the history of this club.
The excellent performance in Monferrato moved the interest of New Basket Brindisi, which secured his services for the 2021/2022 season, which Redivo will close as a rookie in Serie A with 25 tokens, 224 total points, averaging 9 points in 18 minutes per game.
