In an episode of the fifth edition of Drive to Survive on Netflix, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner colorfully pointed out the importance of Lewis Hamilton to Mercedes.

The episode dates back to the Canadian Grand Prix but sparked discussion, “If Lewis retired, who would they ever get? If he decided to retire, they would really be in the me…a because they are pretty exposed. Every team, you could see, was making progress, but Mercedes was making a mess.”

“For Toto this is a different situation, which he has not been used to since he entered F1, where he suddenly finds himself in trouble. Let’s not forget that Mercedes annihilated the opponents. It has destroyed everybody. Finally you start to see the problems, and everyone is enjoying it,” he added about his longtime rival.
