Drawn by a great Joel Embiid (33 points and 7 rebounds including 21 in the first half) the Philadelphia 76ers win in Boston overcoming the Celtics 115-103 and taking a 3-2 lead in the series. Also of note were the efforts of James Harden, a near triple-double with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists, and Tyrese Maxey (30 points).
In the other game on the night’s schedule, however, the Denver Nuggets made the home factor count and prevailed over the Phoenix Suns 118-102 to take a 3-2 lead in the series. Nikola Jokic went for a triple-double with 29 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists, Brown also did well with 25 points, Porter Jr. with 19 and Jamal Murray with 19.
