Deprived of LeBron James, Lakers also lose to Sacramento

On Italian night the NBA gave the usual certainties, for better or worse, and a few surprises. Among the things that by now are no longer surprising surely includes yet another monstrous performance by Steph Curry, who with 40 points and six triples on target gives oxygen to his team, which wins 106-101 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Not newsworthy is the umpteenth tumble of the Los Angeles Lakers who, orphaned of ‘King James’, come out defeated in the match against the Sacramento Kings: nightmarish start for the lacustrians, whose season score reads 2 wins against 10 losses.

The Phoenix Suns also fall at the hands of the Orlando Magic who, despite being without Paolo Banchero, manage to get the better of them 114-97. Milwaukee also lost at home to the San Antonio Spurs, while Boston, dragged by a Jayson Tatum in great form, racked up its fifth consecutive victory.

Here are all the results of the NBA night:

BOSTON CELTICS – DENVER NUGGETS 131-112
ORLANDO MAGIC – PHOENIX SUNS 114-97
SAN ANTONIO SPURS – MILWAUKEE BUCKS 111-93
OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER – TORONTO RAPTORS 132-113
NEW YORK KNICKS – DETROIT PISTONS 121-112
GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS – CLEVELAND CAVALIERS 106-101
MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES – MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES 114-103
LOS ANGELES LAKERS – SACRAMENTO KINGS 114-120.
