Maverick Viñales, appeal to Pecco Bagnaia and other riders: ‘Let’s calm down’
Maverick Viñales, appeal to Pecco Bagnaia and others
Maverick Viñales, of course, cannot be happy about the epilogue of the MotoGp French Grand Prix.
“I’m angry, not so much for what happened but for the missed opportunity,” said the Aprilia centaur. “I felt really strong, I’m sure I would have fought for the win. It was one of those races where, as a rider, you feel you have something more. Bagnaia and I are two correct riders, it was a really unfortunate contact and the adrenaline of the moment warmed us up, but what is clear is that we riders all have to calm down and be an example for the young people. Regret remains but no controversy, it happened and we look ahead, already to Mugello. Even in Le Mans we showed that we are very fast and we improved many things this weekend.”
