Pisa dreams of Andrea Pirlo for the bench
After the exoneration of Luca D’Angelo and the announcement of Aleksandar Kolarov as new sporting director, Pisa is looking for a new coach. According to reports in the ‘Tirreno’ the Nerazzurri club and in particular the former Inter newcomer would have their eyes on Andrea Pirlo, who was exonerated last May by Karagumruk. The former Juve coach had already been followed by the Tuscans last year, but had already reached an agreement with the Turkish club.
The former Inter, Milan and Juventus player, although he remains the favorite, is not the only name circulating among the candidates to replace D’Angelo. Daniele De Rossi in fact, could be a viable alternative, both because he is liked by the ownership, and by Kolarov himself, with whom he played for two seasons at Roma. Finally, the Nerazzurri are also closely following Marco Baroni, who could leave Lecce despite having achieved salvation.
