As the Asian season approaches, the competition for the Pepperstone ATP Live Race To Turin gets more and more intense.

Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev have already mathematically achieved qualification to the Nitto ATP Finals. Many other rivals are aiming for good results in Asia to join them in Turin. Currently, Jannik Sinner is in fourth place in the Live Race To Turin with 4,365 points and è in an ideal position to achieve his first direct qualification to the tournament.

The South Tyrolean, who won his first Masters 1000 in Toronto last August, has participated in Turin twice before, but only as a reserve. His next engagement è the Beijing tournament in late September.

Behind him, only 630 points separate fifth-ranked Andrey Rublev (3,640 points) and ninth-ranked Taylor Fritz (3,010 points), a semifinalist in Turin in 2022. Rublev aims to qualify for the Nitto ATP Finals for the fourth consecutive year.

Alexander Zverev (3,030 points) currently occupies the eighth position and is on the last available spot for direct qualification to the Nitto ATP Finals. The German, a two-time winner of the tournament, wants to take advantage of his quarterfinal achievement at the US Open to continue on his positive streak. Stefanos Tsitsipas, ranked sixth (3,570 points), and Holger Rune, ranked seventh (3,055 points), round out the top eight. However, the Dane has not è managed to win two matches in a row on the circuit since Wimbledon.

Casper Ruud, last year’s finalist, Alex de Minaur, Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe are at positions 10 to 13, respectively. It will be crucial for all four to perform well in Asia to boost their hopes of qualifying for the Nitto ATP Finals.
