Levi, eight Italian slalomers in Finland

There are eight summoned by technical director Gianluca Rulfi for the Finnish World Cup trip to the Levi slope, where two women’s slaloms are scheduled for Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12.
They are Martina Peterlini, Marta Rossetti, Anita Gulli, Lara Della Mea, Beatrice Sola, Vera Tschurtschenthaler, Lucrezia Lorenzi and rookie Emilia Mondinelli, a 19-year-old from Alagna Valsesia, Piedmont, who is a member of the Gruppo Sciatori Fiamme Gialle and graduated Italian senior champion of the specialty; in La Thuile in March and also in the youth category in Bormio in April, accompanied by head coach Roberto Lorenzi and technician Giancarlo Bergamelli.
The group will depart from Italy on Tuesday, Oct. 31, to train directly in the competition location.
