Fiorentina is set to face the last challenge of the Conference League group stage against Ferencvaros, scheduled for Thursday evening at 6:45 p.m. at the 'Groupama Arena' in Budapest. The Viola, leaders in Group F with 11 points, have two out of three results to maintain first place in the group, being +2 right over the Hungarians.

However, Vincenzo Italiano will have to deal with some heavy absences for the trip to Hungary. In fact, Giacomo Bonaventura, who missed in the morning the last training session before leaving for Budapest due to a contusion in his right foot, will be missing. Also absent against Ferencvaros will be Arthur due to a right adductor overload and Riccardo Sottil, who is suffering from a left flexor strain. Also out is the captain, Cristiano Biraghi, who is disqualified.

This was announced by the Tuscan club itself through an official statement:  "ACF Fiorentina announces that the following players will not be available for tomorrow’s UECL match against Ferencvaros: Bonaventura due to a right foot contusion, Arthur due to a right adductor overload and Sottil due to a left flexor strain.
