LBJ’s 40 points weren’t enough for the Yellowviola
The most awaited big match in the NBA night was the one between Golden State and LA Lakers, i.e., the challenge between two stars like Curry and LBJ. The success è went to the Warriors (128-121), at the end of a match that provided a lot of entertainment. The two most expected All Stars did not disappoint, both playing a game of great quality that thrilled the fans. Match however affected by the injury to Davis, who left at the end of the first quarter.
Curry, back after the ankle problem, did not è spared himself at all: 31 points with also six rebounds and five assists. Also decisive was one of his recoveries, in the end of the game, against James himself. On the other hand, LBJ put up 40 points, with also nine assists and eight rebounds.
Fun trivia. The end of the game è was definitely convulsive and with a very peculiar moment. Called to the table to decide whose throw-in was whose, the referees realized that an earlier triple by James was to be nullified since è the yellow-violet outfielder had touched the out-of-bounds line: "Is it worth going back 45 seconds and changing everything, with the unintended consequences? Not è definitely not my favorite rule", the words of Kerr, coach of the Warriors, reported by ESPN. In short, Kerr didn’t like it either, despite the fact that it was a call that benefited his team.
