Juve, Christillin: “Allegri? The match with Samp gives pause for thought.”
“When you see Vlahovic receiving only three balls some questions you ask yourself, confusion about the form.”
Fifa adviser Evelina Christillin to calciomercato.it expressed her doubts about Juve after the Bianconeri’s misstep in Genoa against Sampdoria: “Allegri is a top coach, he and the club made market choices that would lead to an immediate result. He has also said it that the goal is the Scudetto, although certainly the match with Sampdoria makes one think. When you see Vlahovic receiving only three balls some questions you ask yourself, the forward balls never came. It seems to me there was some confusion about the form as well.”
The many injuries are heavily affecting the Torinese’s start to the season: “Allegri has also said it, it’s the same team as last year given the injuries as far as newcomers are concerned. Even for Chiesa it seems the recovery time is getting longer, I had met him here in the museums and he had talked about a return around October and it seems instead it will take longer. Pogba is in the pits and for Di Maria the time will be shorter fortunately.”
