Sergio Conceiçao gloats over son at Juventus
The words of Sergio Conceiçao
Sergio Conceiçao spoke to Radiosei about his son Francisco’s transfer to Juventus: "We are very different, but he è a nice player. He has a very good change of direction, in one-on-one è he is really good. He still has to grow, but at his age è è normal. He has this desire to always win, this hunger that always pushes him to give his best".
Inevitable a remembrance of Sven-Goran Eriksson: "He was an exceptional person, and that goes beyond his coaching qualities. He was a gentleman, all the players were attached to him. In his Lazio there were many players with personality, but he managed the different characters impeccably. We used to fight during the week, but he managed to make sure that on Sunday we were a family. He è left confirming that he was always positive, thinking more about others than himself. I still get goosebumps listening to the old radio reports or seeing my goals with Lazio".
" I regret that we didn’t win the Champions League, that for me è a regret. That team deserved to go all the way in that competition as well. We won everything, but that remains a regret. I am very attached to Lazio and its fans, in fact I am a professional, I must always look ahead, but the way I am, I know that some teams in the world never train them…".
