Max Sirena spoke after Luna Rossa and INEOS Britannia sailed the first day dedicated to the final of the Louis Vuitton Cup, winning one race each confirming the great balance on the water.

“Positive day. We started with the youth winning the Youth America’s Cup and seeing the excitement in their eyes at the finish gives you a boost, I am really happy for them. Today we had the first two races of the Louis Vuitton Cup finals with Ineos Britannia”, the skipper’s words.

“The first one è was very good, but even the second one we lost, in the end it leaves us with a positive judgment becauseé we sailed well. We will analyze what we could have done better but the overall balance è certainly good, becauseé these were perhaps the ideal conditions for them and so we learned a lot. Tomorrow we will prepare ourselves in the best possible way for the races on Saturday and Sunday”.
