Masters 1000 Shanghai: Daniil Medvedev joins Jannik Sinner in quarterfinals

Daniil Medvedev joins Jannik Sinner in the quarterfinals of the Shanghai Masters 1000. The Russian tennis player, in fact, defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in two sets with a score of 7-6 6-3, giving himself the chance to face the world number one again.

Balance reigned in the first set with both players holding their respective service turns until the tie-break, where the world number five raised the level and made the first partial his with a peremptory 7-3.
