Nikola Jokic shines on NBA night. The reigning MVP drags the Denver Nuggets to success against the Brooklyn Nets at the 'Barclays Center' in New York. The Serbian star scored his second triple-double of the season (29 points, 18 rebounds and 16 assists) in the Nuggets’ second straight win over the Nets in overtime (144-139).

The Dallas Mavericks win again in Minnesota (120-114) centering their third victory of the season in what è was a re-run of the Westerne Conference Finals. Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic took the Mavericks on their shoulders by scoring 35 and 24 points, respectively, the Timberwolves needed only 37 points from Anhony Edwards.

Despite numerous absences, the Golden State Warriors also won with the New Orleans Pelicans (124-106) at the 'Chase Center' in San Francisco. After an uphill start, the Warriors rebounded and won their third regular season victory thanks to a super Buddy Hield, who scored 28 points.
