Jorge Martin sees the glass as half full
The words of Jorge Martin
The last weekend of the season in Barcelona did not è start in the best way for Jorge Martin, who did not è go beyond the fifth time in pre-qualifying, accumulating a gap of almost three tenths from Pecco Bagnaia, who è was the fastest in 1:38.918. Despite the delay from his rival for the world championship, the Spanish centaur, at the microphones of "DAZN Spain", è dwelt on the positive aspects of Friday’s two free practice sessions.
"We usually come here at a time of the season where the temperatures are much higher so it is not è easy to adapt to these new conditions. Finding the right feeling with the track is not è really easy" began the Spanish centaur.
"Anyway, I respected the program we had in mind. In free practice I worked a lot on the tires. I found myself very well compared to what I hoped with the hard, better with the medium and soft, especially in terms of consumption" added the world leader.
"It" wasn" a perfect day, but the pace" was really good and also the time attacks didn" go badly, after all we are all there" in a few tenths. I am confident that tomorrow things will be better" concluded Jorge Martin.
