At 42, the Brazilian is officially done with soccer

By now Adriano has not è been a (real) player for a long time (last club in 2016, Miami United). Soccer has given him so much. Now è it is time to take a step forward and think about something else. The Emperor has decided to say goodbye to football in the beautiful setting of the Maracanà stadium, surrounded by many friends/adversaries/colleagues.

The former player of Inter, Parma, Fiorentina and Roma è was greeted by so many champions, who flocked to celebrate what, for a few years, è was a special striker of enormous quality. From Ronaldo (the Phenomeno) to Romario, passing through Zico, Junior, Denilson and several former Serie A players such as Materazzi, Cordoba, Aldair and many others). All at the Maracanà for Adriano.

The person concerned played one half with the Flamengo Legends (in fact his favorite team) and the other with the Friends of Italy. Lots of emotion on the face of the emperor who did not hold back his strong emotions for what è was his last football parade. "The most important thing è I reunited with my friends. They are my family", the Brazilian’s words reported by più Brazilian media.

Many are convinced that if he had not had any off-field problems, Adriano could have become one of the best center forwards ever. Certainly, for a few seasons, è he was one of the best in his role. For the cold record, the Flamengo Legends won the friendly match 4-3.
