Milan first trembles, then overturns Lecce

After three consecutive defeats, Milan regained a precious success in the league. At "Via del Mare" in fact, the Rossoneri, after going down by two goals, managed to come back against Lecce winning the challenge with a pyrotechnic 2-3.

Not even a minute passed and Milan immediately found the winning goal: Pulisic imbued for Theo Hernandez, who found Gimenez in the center, who slipped an easy tap-in past Falcone. The VAR, however, cancels everything for irregular position of the’former Feyenoord at the moment of the conclusion. In addition to the damage, comes also the mockery for the Rossoneri, as on 6’ Reijnders loses a bloody ball in the middle of the field, with Helgason who è bravo to serve Krstovic, who fulminates Sportiello with a powerful right-footed shot from outside.

The Rossoneri’s response, however, was not long in coming with Musah and Gimenez going close to equalizing. On 16’, Conceiçao’s boys found the equalizing goal with Gabbia, who slotted the ball into the net from two steps on another excellent assist from Theo Hernandez. Once again, però the VAR cancels for offside position. The guests resent the annulled goal and Lecce twice goes close to doubling first with Krstovic, whose conclusion is printed on the post, and then with Pierotti, who on one-on-one with Sportiello does not frame the goal.

In the second half, Milan’s unlucky moment continued, as on 53’ Gimenez dribbled past two opponents and then let off a diagonal shot that hit the post wide of the post with Falcone beaten. In the Rossoneri’s biggest moment of momentum, however, è again Lecce found the goal again with Krstovic, who served by Tete Morente at the height of the penalty spot, did not miss in front of Sportiello.

In 68’, Conceiçao’s offensive changes are immediately paid off: Abraham serves Leao on the left, who puts in the middle for Joao Felix, whose conclusion hits Gallo, who mocks Falcone. Four minutes later, the equalizing goal also arrived: Pulisic was knocked down in the box by Baschirotto and earned a penalty kick. From the penalty spot è the same number 11 to beat and clear the Salento extreme defender.

Milan’s forcing continued and at’81’ the Rossoneri completed the comeback again with Pulisic, who slotted in a header on an assist from Leao. The hosts threw themselves forward in search of an equalizer, but the meneghini managed to defend the three points tooth and nail.
