NBA Play-offs: Edwards takes down Lakers, Jokic wins it in overtime

Great emotions on NBA night. Milwaukee’s post season starts in the worst way, being easily overcome by Indiana (117-98 the final). Pacers always in control of the game. Already at halftime, +20 for Siakam (25 points) and teammates. Not enough, to the Bucks, the usual great performance of Antetokounmpo who closes with 36 points, to which he also adds 12 rebounds.
A compelling challenge between Denver and LA Clippers. Balance on the court, so much so that the game was resolved in overtime (112-110, Gordon’s free throws from the lunette decisive). For a change, excellent performance by Jokic who ended the match with 29 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists (one step away from a triple double). In the LA Clippers’ house, Harden shined: 32 points and 11 assists on the scoreboard. The Nuggets then go up 1-0 in the series.
New York’s playoff series begins with a good win. The Knicks beat the Pistons 123-112 and took home the first challenge of the series. Most important was the turnover of Cunningham who finished with 20 points, 12 assists and also six rebounds but, in the Knicks house, there are those who do better. Brunson is absolutely unstoppable with 34 points and eight rebounds (he made the difference in the fourth period). Note the decision to keep Fontecchio on the bench for the duration of the game.
Race 1 to forget for the LA Lakers, who are tarred by Minnesota (117-95 the final). Impressive offensive showing by the T’Wolves who shoot 50% from three (21/42) and defend wildly throughout the game. Edwards (22 points and nine rebounds) was good, as was McDaniels (25 points with nine rebounds). James had to settle for 18 points (8/18 shooting). Doncic is the last to give up: 37 points in 40′ of play (5/10 from three).
