Absolute dominance of the Premier League: six teams in Champions

Total domination. The Premier League is confirming itself as the highest quality football league in all of Europe. This is told by the results of its clubs in the various international tournaments and a UEFA ranking that sees it well ahead of all other leagues, Serie A included.
As per the regulations, English soccer will be able to enjoy, again, five teams entered in the next Champions League next year (along with Spain, only four for Italy). Indeed, the Premier League will probably have as many as six clubs in play in the 2025/26 Champions League.
For the first time in proposed soccer history, here is England preparing to challenge the rest of European soccer with as many as six teams. Whoever wins the Europa League, in fact, is entitled to participate in the future edition of the Champions League.
Manchester United and Tottenham, currently well clear of the Champions League zone in the Premier League standings, are one step away from clinching a pass to the Europa League final. Two Englishmen in the final, so one more certain English team in the next Champions League. Yet another confirmation that English soccer has a step above everyone else. And it should be remembered that, potentially, England could win all three European competitions: Arsenal (Champions League), Manchester United or Tottenham (Europa League) and Chelsea (Conference League).
