The adventure of Lucia Bronzetti at the Internazionali d’Italia ends in the second round. The Italian tennis player, in fact, was defeated by German Laura Siegemund with a score of 6-2 6-2, after one’hour and twelve minutes of play.
The first set started immediately uphill for the Italian player, who suffered a partial three games to one. The Romagnola player tries to react, but another acceleration of Siegermund closes the score at 6-2.
The second set is decided by the Italian.
The second set is decided from the opening bars, as the German flies over 4-0 in no time. At that point it is just a formality for her to close out the match with another 6-2.
In the next round, Laura Siegemund will face world number 17 Jelena Ostapenko.
