Conference League: Chelsea first finalist, Djurgarden also knocked out in return

The Chelsea is the first finalist of the 2025 Conference League edition. After a 4-1 win in the first leg, the Blues also won at Stamford Bridge against Djurgarden with a score of 1-0.
