Through an official statement Real Madrid has announced its first market coup: Dean Huijsen. The Blancos have paid into Bournemouth’s coffers 59 million euros, the value of the rescission clause in the 20-year-old Spanish defender’s contract.

“Real Madrid C.F. and AFC Bournemouth have reached an agreement for the transfer of footballer Dean Huijsen – it says -, who will be linked to our club for the next five seasons, from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030″.

“At 20 years old, Dean Huijsen is already a Spanish national and has played in Serie A with Juventus and Roma, as well as in the Premier League with Bournemouth. Dean Huijsen is a candidate for the award of best youngster in the Premier League 2024-2025″ closes the Spanish club’s statement.

In the transfer of Huijsen to Real to gain is also Juventus. At the time of the sale of the Spanish defender to Bournemouth, the White club, in fact, had inserted a 10% clause on the capital gain that the English club would have made (about 40 million euros) and so the Bianconeri will go about 4 million euros.
