Ducati, provocation from Spain: "Pecco Bagnaia is leaving"
The difficulties of Pecco Bagnaia in this start of MotoGP World are there for all to see. L’former LCR Honda sport director Oscar Haro put his finger on the sore spot in an interview with Nico Abad’s Youtube channel: “Bagnaia has often lost his self-confidence, his concentration. Dall’Igna, Tardozzi , Pirro … are all sending clear messages: from Pecco we expected more”.
“I would not rule out an early switch of the champion to another brand if the internal climate does not improve”, Haro continued. Bagnaia has a contract with Ducati until the end of 2026.
Haro also commented on Jorge Martin’s possible farewell to Aprilia, explaining the reigning world champion’s mistake: “He could have waited for a free Ducati and today he would be fighting for the world title”.
