Monaco GP, Ferrari: Lewis Hamilton satisfied with steps forward

Lewis Hamilton sees the glass half full and is content with fifth place in the Monaco Grand Prix: “I knew starting from seventh position would be tough, but it is good to see the progress we are making.
“Once I found some’clean air, I was able to make up ground, although we lost a lot of time in traffic and the balance was not exactly what I wanted”.
“We come home with a podium for Charles and important points for the team– stressed the Ferrari Briton -, and it is encouraging to see that we are going in the right direction.”
“We took a step forward in qualifying, which was one of the main goals, so a big thank you to everyone for making the car more competitive over the weekend. We will keep pushing and look to Barcelona with the’goal of taking another step forward” Hamilton concluded.
