When does Jannik Sinner play at Roland Garros: history against Richard Gasquet

Having gotten over the successful debut at Roland Garros against Arthur Rinderknech, Jannik Sinner is now concentrating on the second round of the France Open 2025, which will see him oppose another home favorite, the experienced Richard Gasquet. The transalpine bent compatriot Terence Atmane in four sets in the first round.This is his 21st appearance at Roland Garros, in which he has managed to reach the quarterfinals at most.

The Blue has faced the veteran Frenchman three times in his career, imposing himself in all three matches: in 2023 in the Indian Wells Masters 1000 and in Halle, and in 2024 at Roland Garros itself, where he won clearly in three sets in the first round.

The match is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, and will certainly be at Philippe Chatrier, the center court of the Paris tournament: the estimated time is around 1:30 p.m., but much will depend on weather conditions and the duration of previous matches.

Gasquet has won 16 ATP titles in his career and is currently world number 166, but he has been in the Top 10 several times during his long career.
