Conference League 2024-2025: Betis-Chelsea, the likely lineups

For the first time in four editions, there will be no representative of the Italian league in the UEFA Conference League final, the third continental trophy introduced in the 2021-2022 vintage won by Roma in its first season and by West Ham and Olympiacos, both times against Fiorentina, in the next two: in fact, it will be Betis and Chelsea who will play for the title, in the final act scheduled for Wednesday in Wroclaw, Poland.

The kickoff at Tarczynski Arena is scheduled for 9 p.m., under the orders of Bosnian referee Irfan Peljto. Betis, coached by Manuel Pellegrini, must do without Hector Bellerin, William Carvalho and Cucho Hernandez, but will have available Antony, who since his arrival in the winter from Manchester United has contributed greatly to the Andalusian club&#8217s European journey.

On the other hand, Enzo Maresca&#8217s Chelsea is looking for the first trophy of the post-Abramovich era and is aiming to give England its second European success after Tottenham in the Europa League. On the pitch, the possible use of Nicolas Jackson as an offensive reference, supported by Neto, Palmer and Sancho on the three-quarter line: they will be tasked with unhinging the green-and-white defense.
