Monza has made its new coach official with a statement: Paolo Bianco, this year at Frosinone, will sit on the biancorossa bench from next season, hoping to bring the Brianzoli back to Serie A immediately.

“AC Monza announces that as of 1/7/25 Paolo Bianco will be the new coach of the Biancorossa first team, with a two-year contract and automatic renewal for another season upon reaching certain conditions. Born in Foggia on Aug. 20, 1977, he began his playing career with his hometown team”.

“After experiences with Treviso and Catania, he made his Serie A debut in 2006 with Cagliari, where he stayed for three years. In 2009-10 he wore the Atalanta jersey for one season, before moving to Sassuolo. On May 18, 2013, he was among the protagonists of the neroverde club’s first historic promotion to Serie A, with which he ended his experience as a player in 2015 and immediately became assistant coach of the Primavera team“.

The club’s first season in Serie A was in 2015.

“After leading Siracusa and Sicula Leonzio in Serie C, he joined Roberto De Zerbi’s staff in 2019, whom he followed first to Sassuolo and then to Shakhtar Donetsk. His wealth of experience was further enriched when he was called by Massimiliano Allegri to be part of his staff at Juventus 2022-23″.

“Bianco’s first Serie B bench came in the 2023-24 season at Modena. In February 2025 he was called to lead Frosinone, which he revived with a series of brilliant results. Now Monza, for a new exciting challenge”:
