Absolute dominance. The Panthers, in front of their own public, imposed themselves with a dry 5-1 in Game 6 against the Oilers, closing the final series 4-2 and thus raising the Stanley Cup to the sky (second win in a row after last season&#8217s feat).

Game 6 was always in the hands of the Panthers who, after just 20′ were already leading 2-0. Great performance by Reinhart, author of four goals. The Oilers never managed to get into the game and, in the end, had to abandon their dream of winning the Stanley Cup.

Bennett, a Florida outfielder who scored 15 goals in the postseason, won the prestigious title of playoff MVP: “Everything is a dream until it comes true for real. My whole life changed when I was traded to this franchise. I am very grateful to be here”, his words to ESPN.

He is celebrating like a madman Marchand, who is retesting the taste of success 14 years later (he’d won it with the Bruins in 2011): “It&#8220s a completely different feeling. I have a lot more respect and appreciation for how hard it has been to get this far, how hard it has been and the number of situations that have to go right to win. Everything has to go perfectly”.
