MotoGp: Danilo Petrucci mounts in Suzuki and also thanks Ducati
Petrucci’s turn
Now it’s official. It will be Danilo Petrucci who will replace Joan Mir in the MotoGp Grand Prix of Thailand.
A great satisfaction for the rider from Terni, who is back from the fruitful experience in MotoAmerica. “I am thrilled to be one of the few riders in history to go from a MotoGP to a Dakar, to a Superbike, and then to another official MotoGP in one year,” he says. “I want to thank Team Suzuki Ecstar for giving me this fantastic opportunity, but also Ducati and my current management team for allowing me to take advantage of this chance.
“I’m really curious to get on the GSX-RR and test it, it looks very fast and we know it’s a winning bike. I’m also eager to work with the Suzuki team, who I’ve known for a long time and have a wonderful relationship with. I know it won’t be easy, but I want to enjoy this experience,” Petrucci added.
