Calhanoglu-Galatasaray, full ahead
Galatasaray is upping the pressure for Hakan Calhanoglu: the Istanbul club, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, is ready to offer almost 10 million euros net to the Inter midfielder, but is currently being held back by the request of the Nerazzurri club, which values the card of its top player at around 40 million euros.
Inter executives now expect a signal from the player, who must decide whether to continue with Inter (he has a contract until 2027), or return to Turkey. Last season Calhanoglu said no to Bayern Munich, but the last year without a title and Simone Inzaghi’s farewell have drastically changed the situation.
L’Inter wants to hurry: in case of the farewell of the former Milan player, the Nerazzurri will rush to the market in search of a replacement. Ahead of everyone on the purchase list is Lazio player Nicolò Rovella.
